Richard Ansley, 30, of Philadelphia, has been charged with felony unlawful possession of a firearm following an incident in the 1100 block of East Third Street in the city on Dec. 6, according to court records filed by the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit. Following his arraignment last week before Biichle, he was jailed in lieu of $85,000 bail.
