Michah Labarre, 21, of 586 E. Mountain Ave., South Williamsport, faces three felony charges and a misdemeanor for engaging in a sexual act with a 17-year-old male in the borough in mid-November, borough police alleged in an affidavit.
Labarre has been charged with possession of child pornography, sexual abuse of a minor, illegal use of a cellphone and misdemeanor corrupting the morals of a minor, police said. "He exchanged sexually-explicit photos with the teen and did arrange a meeting with the juvenile" that resulted in a sexual act involving the two, police alleged. Following his arraignment before District Judge Gary Whiteman, Labarre was released on $35,000 bail.
