Melinda Bartos, 38, of Allentown, faces charges of felony trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct following a disturbance at 418 Kramer Court about 3:45 a.m on April 26, city police said. She broke into the rental property after breaking a padlock that the landlord had placed on the door, police alleged. Initially jailed, she has since been released on $50,000 bail.
