Codi David Palmer, 25, of 304 S. Pine Run Road, Linden, has been charged with statutory sexual assault and corrupting the morals of minor for having sexual relations with a teenage girl (a minor) in Lewis Township back in May 2019, state police alleged. Following his arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, he was released on $100,000 bail.
