David Alan Dyer, 52, of Turbotville, has been charged with unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and corrupting the morals of a minor following several alleged incidents that occurred in the city between January 2017 and January 2020, city police said in an affidavit. He is currently free on bail after he was held for court on these charges by District Judge Aaron Biichle.
