William Franklin Stills, 25, of 605 Locust St., faces charges of stalking, terroristic threats and harassment for sending numerous threatening voice recordings to an ex-girlfriend in Lycoming Township earlier this month, Old Lycoming Township police alleged in an affidavit.
"You're not safe," and "I will kill you. You will be forgotten," were among the many recordings Stills allegedly left the woman, apparently upset since the two broke up last month, police said.
"I'll lay waste to you and your whole family," was another such message, police alleged. Following his arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, Stills was released on $20,000 bail.
