Two charges against Mark Oeler, 59, of Montoursville, were dismissed, leaving one summary charge following a verbal confrontation with a motorist in the 1500 block of West Third Street about 6:45 a.m. on July 29, according to court documents.
He waived a preliminary hearing before District Judge Christian Frey on the charges. In December the misdemeanor charges were dismissed and Oeler pled to a summary offense of harassment and paid a $100 fine.
