Williamsport woman charged with multiple counts of conspiracy after splatterball incident

It was late at night on May 23 when a pedestrian in the 400 block of Walnut Street was "ducking and running to avoid being struck by projectiles" coming from a splatterball gun that was pointed out a window of a passing 2006 Chrysler Town and Country van that had at least three juvenile passengers, city police said. The driver of the vehicle has been identified as Kendra Mae Harman, 26, of 324 Park Ave., apartment 10, who has been charged with six counts of conspiracy and one count of corrupting the morals of minors. She has been sent a summons to appear before Frey.
