Alexander Snyder, 22, of Liberty, has been charged with theft of lost property, theft and access device fraud for racking up $429 in charges on a stolen credit card belonging to Chad Delong in August 2021, state police alleged in an affidavit. Snyder illegally obtained the credit card in a home on Randall Circle in Loyalsock Township, police alleged. Snyder has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman and was released on $5,000 bail. Delong's ex-girlfriend, 22, whose last known address was of Williamsport, was charged last year with the same offenses in this case.
