Thomas A. Marino, Esquire has joined the law firm of Lepley, Engelman, Yaw &
Wilk, LLC of counsel. He was the U.S. Representative to Congress from the 10th
PA District from 2011 to 2019, serving as a member of the Judiciary, Foreign
Affairs, and Homeland Security committees. He was elected as Vice President
of NATO for two terms. He was formerly a U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of
Pennsylvania as well as the Lycoming County District Attorney where he
oversaw a variety of notable cases.
Mr. Marino earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Dickinson School of Law, Penn
State University in 1987. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Lycoming
College in 1985 where he earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political
Science and Education. He received his Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from
Williamsport Area Community College in 1984.
In 2004, Mr. Marino was inducted into the International Police Association "Hall of
Fame" in recognition of outstanding services to the citizens of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
