Marshall Lyon, 62, of 528 Meadow Alley, Jersey Shore, has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after he fled the Weis Store at 1440 Allegheny St.. Jersey Shore, with $9 worth of merchandise on Nov. 17, according to court records. He has been sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
