Using two stolen credit cards in mid-September, Latoya Fogan purchased a wide assortment of items at a variety of city businesses on at least five occasions, including tobacco and cosmetic products as well as alcoholic beverages, city police alleged in an affidavit. Four other attempts allegedly by her to use the stolen cards failed, police said.
Fogan, 50, of 514 W. Fourth St., apartment 5, was arraigned Tuesday before District Judge Gary Whiteman on five counts of access device fraud, four counts of attempted access device fraud, two counts of receiving stolen property and one felony count of forgery. She was released on $15,000 bail.
