Brian David Hess, 50, of 300 N. Main St., Muncy, has been charged by borough police with criminal solicitation, criminal attempt at involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, criminal attempt at corrupting the morals of a minor and illegal use of a cellphone, all felonies, following an incident in the borough on Jan. 11. Police allege he solicited a man -- who portrayed himself as a minor -- to engage in a sexual act, court records stated. "I didn't do anything. He said he was 19, but now he's saying he told me he was 15-16," Hess said during his arraignment before District Judge Denise Dieter. He was jailed in lieu of $100,000 bail.
