By Philip A. Holmes 1 min read

Criminal charges have been lodged against Keith A. Boyer, 39, of 1530 Grampian Blvd., after providing alcohol and marijuana to a 14-year-old girl between May 21 and May 31 of last year, state police said. While in his Loyalsock Township home, Boyer told the girl "to pick out anything she wanted" from a kitchen cabinet, police said. The two then drank two shots of tequila, one shot of whiskey and a third shot of an unknown liquor," police alleged, adding that Boyer provided the minor with "marijuana edibles," one at his home and another earlier at a friend's home in Fairfield Township. He told the girl that he "wanted to see her messed up. He told her 'I want to (expletive) with you so bad,'" according to an affidavit. Charged with corrupting the morals of a minor, furnishing alcohol to a minor, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, Boyer has waived his preliminary hearing before Judge Gary Whiteman and is free on $10,000 bail.
