The Honorable William "Skip" Arbuckle was awarded the Lycoming Law Association's William E. Nichols Public Service Award earlier this year. The award comes with a thousand-dollar donation to a charity designated by the award recipient. Although Judge Arbuckle is involved in many charitable organizations, he selected the Lycoming Law Association Foundation to receive the award. Judge Arbuckle currently serves as a Trustee of the LLA Foundation.
