Kyle A. Corson, 40, of Lock Haven, 30 days to 12 months and 50 hours' community service for strangulation.

Derrick L. Carson, 31, LCP, 7 years and 150 hours' community service for delivery of meth, criminal use of a cell phone, theft and possession with intent to deliver cocaine.

Amber L. Fisher, 34, of Williamsport, 36 months and 125 hours' community service for possession of fentanyl, false identification and possession of heroin.
Edward J. Nicholas, 47, of Williamsport, 6 months and a $500 fine for driving under the influence and driving under suspension.
Debra E. Frey, 65, 30 months for theft and receiving stolen property.
Andrew Macgill, 24, no address, 7 years and 150 hours' community service, a $300 fine for terroristic threats, fleeing, leaving an accident scene, endangering the welfare of children, simple assault and criminal mischief.
Savanna Maule, 25, 72 months for possession of fentanyl, possession of meth and possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
Bridget Buries, 43, of LCP, 48 months for possession of meth, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Fined:
Gerardo Rodriguez, 23, of Harrisburg, $50 for a small amount.
Larry E. Welch, 65, of Jersey Shore, $1,000 for statement under penalty and disorderly conduct.
