Brian Steppe, 42, of Williamsport, was reported in critical condition at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, with injuries he suffered when his motorcycle and a van driven by Lizzie Hertzler, of Watsontown, collided at Route 405 and Armstrong Road in Clinton Township about noon Tuesday, according to state police and a hospital nursing supervisor.
