Three charged with drug offenses in separate cases

Teresa Marie Fladd, 47, of 45 Back St., lot 30, Montoursville, has been charged with three felony count each of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of a communication device for allegedly selling methamphetamines on three occasions to an informant, twice at her Upper Fairfield Township home and once in the 1900 block of East Third Street between Jan. 31 and March 7, according to court records filed by the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU). She has waived her preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman and is free on $25,000 bail.

In another NEU case, Lisa Marie Bacon, 45, of 324 Campbell St., has been charged with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance and illegal use of a communication device for her alleged involvement in the sale of methamphetamine to an informant in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road in Old Lycoming Township on Dec. 19, according to an affidavit. She has waived her preliminary hearing and is free on $25,000 bail.

In another case, Lycoming Regional police have charged Rick Probst, 42, of 1321 Almond St., with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 1300 block of Allegheny Street in Jersey Shore on March 19. He has waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Denise Dieter and is free on $25,0000 bail.
