Adam Joseph Doebler, 34, of 242 E. Church St., was charged at the same residential location at 4 p.m. on June 28, according to Williamsport Bureau of Police.
Charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia used for heroin use and public drunkenness, police said they responded to the address for an unresponsive man in a black Kia Forte registered to a woman later identified as Doebler's girlfriend, police said.
Doebler was taken into custody for public intoxication. A plastic straw with one end burned and containing a white residue was found in his pocket. Two small baggies containing suspected heroin were found in a bottle in his pocket. K-9 Tacoma sniffed his vehicle and alerted police at several locations. The vehicle was impounded and Doebler was released.
The vehicle search indicated the following items inside: A rubber band in the handle of the driver's seat; a plastic straw with white residue; a bag containing marijuana packaged for sale and a scale with marijuana residue on it.
The girlfriend stated all of the items belonged to Doebler, police said.
Doebler waived the charges before Biichle to court and was initially committed to Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail and was since released.
Jermaine M. Brown, 50, of Rochester, New York, was arrested for delivery of about .21 grams of crack cocaine to a confidential informant in the area of Newberry and Arch streets on Aug. 8, for a controlled buy at Poplar and West Fourth streets on Aug. 14 and for a controlled buy that resulted in an arrest on Aug. 16 at Arch and West Third streets, police said.
Brown waived the hearing before Christian D. Frey to court and was jailed in Lycoming County Prison lieu of $50,000 bail.
Zachary M. Breen, 34, of 726 W. Third St., was charged by Lycoming County Regional Police Department in Piatt Township on May 6, 2022, at 12:51 a.m., Sgt. Cody Smith said in an affidavit.
Breen was in possession of five glassine packages containing fentanyl, police said. He also was allegedly operating a truck with an expired registration plate.
The expired plate was what made the sergeant stop the truck on Route 220 at South Pine Run Road. Several signs of narcotic use were present, including pinpoint pupils and a raspy voice, police said.
Breen told the sergeant that Percocet pills were prescribed to him and gave consent to search the 2014 Chevy Silverado.
During the search, police found a small bag with other baggies under a rubber pad on the dash. They were tested and it was positive as fentanyl.
Before District Judge Denise Dieter, Breen was released on his own recognizance after posting $20,000 bail.
