Timothy Shank, 44, of 338 Campbell St., apartment, has been charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after he walked into a center city business and exposed his private area to numerous customers, including children, while he was in an intoxicated state about 5 p.m. on Aug. 31, city police alleged in an affidavit. "Witnesses were very alarmed and offended," police said. Following his arraignment before District Judge Aaron Biichle, Shank was jailed in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.
