Six people have pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in separate cases and have made arrangements to pay fines and court costs, according to court records.
Michael William Wright, 30, of 688 Seventh Ave., was charged by city police following an incident at his home on Oct. 7. He made arrangements to pay $862 in fines and court costs. The substance was methamphetamine.
Eric Matthew Mahosky, 39, of 116 Staver St., Jersey Shore, was charged by state police on Route 220 in Woodward Township on July 26. He made arrangements to pay $568 in fines and court costs. The substance was marijuana.

Brandt Edwin Cipriani, 40, of 1905 W. Third St., was charged by the county's Narcotics Enforcement Unit in the 300 block of Grove Street in the city on Nov. 16, 2022. He made arrangements to pay $778 in fines and court costs. The substance was cocaine.
