All criminal charges against Dondre Glasper that stemmed from a domestic disturbance with a woman in her apartment at the Newberry Estates, 2500 Federal Ave., on Dec. 13 were withdrawn this week after the alleged victim chose to drop the matter altogether and not pursue the case, according to the office of District Judge Christian Frey. Glasper, now living in the Milton area, kicked in the woman's door and terrorized the woman and two children who were in the apartment, city police alleged in an affidavit. Charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and criminal mischief have been dropped against the 28-year-old Glasper.
