The Lycoming Law Association held its 6th Wills for Heroes event on March 16. The one-day event provided more than 70 estate plans to those who attended. This is the first time the event has been held since the pandemic. Thirty attorneys, along with the help of notaries and witnesses, volunteered their time and professional skills to provide free estate planning documents to military (active and veteran) and first responders. The event was held in memory of Attorney Kristine Waltz, a local Wills for Heroes coordinator who passed away unexpectedly in 2019.
