Last month, Attorney John Pietrovito presented a five hundred dollar donation from the Lycoming Law Association (LLA) to Susquehanna Valley Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), an organization that assists children who are in the court system because of abuse and/or neglect.
The LLA is also collecting homemade blankets through June 14th that are earmarked to benefit local children receiving services from CASA and/or Children and Youth. Homemade blankets provide comfort to children who are experiencing trauma. Blanket donations (or blanket making supplies) can be sent to the LLA Office at 25 W. 3rd Street, Suite 803, Williamsport, PA 17701.
