Tiffani Nicole Bruno, 23, of 411 High St., city; state police in the 300 block of Park Avenue in the city on Dec. 30, 2024. Also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryce Allen Edwards, 27, of 322 Rural Ave., city; state police in the 300 block of Rural Avenue on January 20, 2025.

Natesha Gladys Ann Brown, 36, 1146 Market St., city; city police in the 100 block of Washington Boulevard in the city on July 29, 2024.

Raphael Mary Boyer, 83, of Milton; state police at Broad and Walnut streets in Montoursville on Jan. 25, 2025.

Mark Boyd Woodhead, 66, of 163 Dolores Drive, Pennsdale; state police following a crash at Crawford Alley and Loyalsock Avenue in Montoursville on March 10, 2025.
