Nicholas S. Signor, 26, 1804 Elmhurst Ave., Jersey Shore; state police following a crash along Route 220 South and Quenshuckney Road on May 22, 2025.

Logan Hunter Greenwalt, 27, of Mansfield; state police following a crash in the 60 block of Route 14 in Lewis Township on July 6, 2025; also charged with endangering the welfare of children, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jordan Andrew Kulp, 36, of 882 W. Fourth St., Apt. 5, city; state police at East Third and Mulberry streets in the city on Sept. 22, 2024; also charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terrence Joseph Ellison-Love, 849 Diamond St., Apt. 2, city; state police at East Third and Sherman streets in the city on April 19, 2025.

Joshua Keith Morehart, 35, of Lock Haven; state police in the 1600 block of Randall Circle, Loyalsock Township on Dec. 31, 2024.
