10 face DUI-related charges in Lycoming County
Ten motorists have been charged with DUI, according to newly-made public court documents.
Those charged were:
• Kayla Marie Dunlap, 32, of 1137 W. Central Ave., South Williamsport; state police on Insterate 180 in Loyalsock Township on July 19; also charged with five summary offenses.
• Jayda Lynn Milheim, 18, of 1134 Sherman St.; Lycoming Regional police in the 1900 block of Lycoming Creek Road in Old Lycoming Township on July 6; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary offense.
• Paige Plummer, 24, of Milton; state police following a crash on Riute 15 in Clinton Township on Jun 24.
• Chazzadine Bos Broadway, 19, of 73 Stryker Ave., Montgomery; state police following a hit-run crash in the 700 block of Pinchtown Road in Clinton Township on June 21; also charged with nine summary offenses, including damage to unattended property.
• Frank Schemery III, 20, of 1111 Chestnut St., Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 in Loyalsock Township on June 21; also charged with four summary offenses; this is his third DUI offense, police said.
• Richard Samuel Lucas, 47, 1081 Elm St., Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 West in Fairfield Township on June 14.
• Elaina Murphy, 27, of 531 North Broad Street, Montoursville; state police on East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on June 8; also charged with two summary offenses.
• Cameron Michael Eisley, 22, of 1182 Old Cement Road, Muncy; state police following a crash in which he fled on foot after his motorcycle struck two vehicles on Fairfield Road in Fairfield Township on May 7; also charged with six summary offenses, including two counts of accidents involving damage to attended vehicles.
• Clayton Morris Steward Jr., 38, of 101 High St., Montgomery; state police on High Street in Clinton Township on May 4; also charged with one summary offense.
• Nathan G. Smith, 37, of Freeville, New York; state police on Interstate 180 West in Loyalsock Township on March 3; alsovcharged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary violations.
