Fifteen motorists have been charged with DUI and related offenses, according to court records. Those charged were:

• Kassandra Niabes, 24, of 1112 W. Fourth St.; state police at Riverside Drive and Valley Street in DuBoistown on June 15; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Michael Blair Shaffer, 48, of 980 Southard Road, Trout Run; state police on Wallis Run Road in Eldred Township on June 12; also charged with four summary offenses.

•Ryan M. George, 27, of Lock Haven; state police at West Fourth Street and Antlers Lane in Woodward Township on June 6; also charged with three summary violations.

• Eric John Horn, 50, of 7232 Pleasant Valley Road, Cogan Station; on Edercrest Road in Loyalsock Township on June 5; also charged with six summary offenses; this is his third DUI arrest.

• Tyler Renee Boring, 32, of Mill Hall; state police at West Fourth Street and Antlers Lane in Woodard Township on June 4; also charged with four summary offenses.

• Kevin A. Armstrong, 64, of 1543 Northway Road, apartment 4; city police at West Fourth and William streets on May 25; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Lee Daniel Barto, 41, of 6731 Route 118, Lairdsville; state police in the 200 block of Church Street in the city on May 25; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and five summary violations.

• Barbara Ann Ross, 45, of 1137 Grove St.; city police following a crash at Railway and Wilson streets on May 4.

• Brennan Alexander Bair, 24, of 360 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on April 25; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and six summary offenses.

• Tina Monroe, 30, of 910 Wayne Ave.; state police in the 900 block of West Fourth Street in the city on April 20; also charged with four summary offenses; this is her second DUI offense.

• Tyrik Moy, 19, of 1734 Riverside Drive, 1734 Riverside Drive, South Williamsport; state police near First and Maynard streets in the city on April 19; also charged with four summary offenses.

• Izalia Vazquez, 29, of 1735 Four Mile Drive, apartment 10; state police Interstate 180 in the city on March 31; also charged with three summary offenses.’

• Marissa Wheeler, 37, of Morris; state police in the 200 block of William Street in the city on March 31; also charged with two summary violations.

• Donte Holder, 27, of 641 Fourth Ave.; state police at High and Beeber streets in the city on March 26; also charged with five summary violations.

• Alicia Coates, 36, of 1020 Vine Ave.; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on March 15; also charged with two summary offenses.
