Dwayne Allen Koons, 55, of 843 Picnic Woods Road, Jersey Shore, has been charged with indecent assault for repeatedly squeezing a child’s buttocks between January 2024 and last February in Fairfield Township, state police alleged.

Koons had been told previously on several occasions by the victim and others to stop the behavior, police said. In a court document, police alleged Koons was getting “sexual gratification” from touching the minor’s buttocks.

Arraigned before District Judge Gary Whiteman, Koons was recently held for court on the charge and remains free on $15,000 bail.
