Duboistown man jailed after allegedly threatening minor

A Duboistown man was taken into custody after he allegedly blocked a minor from leaving the restroom of an establishment in the 300 block of Pine Street on Oct. 5, 2025, city police alleged in court documents.
While in the restroom of the establishment, Mitch Alan Logue, 34, of 122 Shaffer St., Duboistown, allegedly tried to start a conversion with a minor child that was also in the restroom, a witness told police.
When the child attempted to leave, Logue allegedly blocked the exit by placing his body and hand over the door.
“You don’t deserve to be in this realm anymore,” Logue allegedly then told the child, at which point, the witness removed Logue from the doorway and told the child, described in court documents as being in “visible hysterics,” to go find his family.
Logue was “clearly intoxicated,” upon their arrival, police said in an affidavit.
District Judge Aaron Biichle arraigned Logue on charges of simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and public drunkenness, and he was remanded to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
