More charges have been lodged against Lycoming County Prison inmate Joshua David Vroman, 32, of 7948 Route 14, Trout Run, according to court records filed by state police at Whiteman’s office. He has now been charged with felony criminal mischief as well as simple assault and harassment for smashing two car windows with his fist at 179 Old Cement Road in Fairfield Township on June 28, police said. The woman who owns the vehicle was standing near the vehicle and was injured by flying glass, according to testimony presented last week at his preliminary hearing. He was held for court on all charges and remains incarcerated in lieu of $25,000 bail. He is also jailed on numerous offenses stemming from other cases.
