Wyoming man charged with burglarizing Penn College apartment

A Wyoming man has been charged with burglary and other offenses after he allegedly illegally entered an apartment in the Juniata housing unit at Pennsylvania College of Technology around 4 a.m. on Oct. 11, 2025, court filings said.
Two alleged victims and residents of the apartment told Penn College Police that 18-year-old Elijah Kremski, of Wyoming, and currently a resident of another apartment within the same unit, had entered their apartment as they slept and removed several items from their freezer, including frozen bagels, chicken nuggets and pizza rolls. Some of the bags had been torn open with their contents strewn across the apartment, police said in an affidavit.
Additionally, Kremski allegedly attempted to airfry granola, causing it to burn to the bottom of the appliance, removed a knife from the sink and placed a stack of nametag cards from the apartments on the second floor of the unit onto the kitchen counter.
The apartment was “in a general state of disarray,” with other items spilled across it, the police report said.
Video surveillance allegedly captured Kremski in the common area of Juniata Hall, removing door nametags and event fliers from the other apartment doors before returning to his apartment just prior to police arrival.
During an interview with Kremski’s roommate, he stated that Kremski had been intoxicated since approximately 2:30 a.m. and Kremski had locked him out of the shared apartment as he was doing laundry.
After regaining access to the apartment, the roommate discovered that his Apple Airpods were missing, court documents said.
One of the Airpods was later discovered underneath their couch, while the other was located in the alleged victim’s apartment, police said.
Kremski allegedly had a strong odor of alcohol when taken into custody.
Arraigned by District Judge William Solomon on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, institutional vandalism, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, public drunkenness, criminal mischief and underage drinking, Kremski was jailed at the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
