Jacob Dean Roberts, 41, of 49 Heatherbrooke Estates, Muncy, has been charged with four felony counts of sexual abuse of children for possessing child pornography and one felony count of illegal use of a communication device after authorities, discovered child sexual abuse material on two cellphones while executing a federal search warrant at his Muncy Creek Township home on Oct. 22, according to court records filed by the Lycoming County District Attorney’s Office. Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Christian Frey, Roberts was initially jailed, but is free now on $150,000 bail. He has waived his preliminary hearing on these charges.
