Two women face felony shoplifting charge in separate cases
Tamarah Marie Roth, 35, of 10990 Route 14, Ralston, has been charged with felony shoplifting after she and a juvenile fled the Weis Market at 1916 Lycoming Creek Road with $47 worth of merchandise on Oct. 26, Lycoming Regional police allege. She also faces an additional misdemeanor charge of corrupting the morals of a minor, police said. Following her arraignment before District Judge William Solomon.
In another case, Sherri Faddis, 43, of 702 Penn St., has been charged with the same shoplifting offense after she fled Vape Haven, 230 W. Third St., with $89 worth of merchandise on Oct. 16, city police allege. Following her arraignment before District Judge Christian Frey, Faddis was released on $10,000. This was her third shoplifting offense, police said.
