Soon after Jaykwon Dickson and the 12-year-old girl met on social media in mid-October, the 19-year-old Dickson began sending the minor photos of his private parts and videos he took of himself engaging in self-gratifying sexual acts, city police alleged in an an affidavit. Over the next several days, the two exchanged text messages, and during that time, the two met in person on at least two occasions, police said. “I want to (expletive) you so badly,” Dickson allegedly told the juvenile, but nothing physical took place, it was stated in an affidavit. However, on Oct. 23, when the girl came to Dickson’s home at 338 Campbell St., he is alleged to have had inappropriate contact with her, police said. Following his arraignment last week before District Judge Christian Frey on felony charges of unlawful contact with a minor, corrupting the morals of a minor and illegal use of a communication device, Dickson was jailed in the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $250,000 bail.
