Phyllis Marie Wettlaufer, 42, of 671 Campbell St., Apt. 1, faces a charge of defiant trespass after she allegedly returned to a residence in the 100 block of Front Street in Woodward Township around 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 21, after having been formally trespassed from the property by police earlier that same day, a state police affidavit said.

Spotted driving a short distance from the scene, Wettlaufer allegedly told police she had visited the residence to drop off food, and denied having been trespassed from the residence previously.

She was arraigned on the charge by District Judge Denise Dieter.
