Seven motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:

Paul George Dooris, 56, of 1734 Loyalsock Dr.; city police following a crash in the 700 block of West Third Street in the city on July 12, 2025; also charged with careless driving.

Stephen Brian Smith, 68, of 2508 Grand St.; state police in the 800 block of Wayne Avenue in the city on June 15, 2025; also charged with four summary offenses.

Mindy Lynn Bennett, 40, of 1242 Memorial Ave.; state police in the 1300 block of Park Avenue in the city on June 29, 2025; also charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana and two summary offenses.

Troy Chance Hopson, 31, of 929 W. Fourth St., Apt. 6; state police at Isabella Street and Fifth Avenue in the city on June 2, 2025; also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and eight summary offenses.

Tylee Simone West, 43, 1920 Green Ave., Lot 20; state police at High Street and Fifth Avenue in the city on June 4, 2025; also charged with five summary offenses.

Christopher Blake Martin, 32, of 1173 High St.; Lycoming Regional police along the 220 South Off-ramp in Jersey Shore on Aug. 25, 2025; also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a summary offense.

Bradley W. Breon, 43, of 367 Davidson Road,; state police at Route 654 and Logging Road in Bastress Township on May 1, 2025; also charged with two summary offenses.
