With insufficient evidence to pursue the case, state police earlier this month withdrew charges of defiant trespassing, disorderly conduct and harassment against Gregory A. Garverick, 38, of 16 N. Mohawk Drive, Hughesville, according to court records filed at the office of District Judge Kirsten Gardner. The charges stemmed from an incident on Orchard Avenue in Wolf Township back in November, 2024.
