Kadijjah L, Sabur, 42, of 1527 Memorial Ave., Williamsport, has been arrested on charges of felony shoplifting and receiving stolen property for allegedly stealing $106 worth of merchandise from the Weis Market at 1916 Lycoming Creek Road in Old Lycoming Township on Nov. 12, according to Lycoming Regional police. This was her fourth shoplifting offense, police said. Following her recent arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, Sabur was released on $15,000 bail.
