Motorist John A. Blaschak, 75, of 2650 Haas Lane, has been charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle (hit-run) after fleeing the scene of a crash in which his GMC Yukon and Mazda collided at Washington Boulevard and Shiffler Avenue in Loyalsock Township on Jan. 7, state police alleged. He has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge William Solomon and is free on 5,000 bail.
