Andrew James Holleran, 32, of 2322 W. Fourth St., Williamsport faces a misdemeanor charge of abusing 911 after he called the county’s dispatch center 13 times in a 20-minute period when there was no real emergency, city police alleged in a court document. Even after being told to stop calling, Holleran called 911 from his home “five more times, yelling at the dispatchers,” police alleged in an affidavit. Following a recent preliminary hearing before District Judge Aaron Biichle, he was released on $5,000 bail.
