Muncy man allegedly threatened family member

During an argument with a family member inside a cabin on Pleasant Stream Way in McIntyre Township on Feb. 7, Joshua Roberyt Kinley, 36, said he had “enough ammo in his AR rifle to take out everyone in the cabin,” according to a state police criminal complaint.

Besides the family member, two juveniles also were in the cabin and heard the threat allegedly made by Kinley, who lives at 119 Fairground St., Muncy, police said.

Arraigned two days later before District Judge William Solomon on charges of terroristic threats, possession of an instrument of crime, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, Kinley remains free on $50,000 bail.
