Lori A. Harman, 55, of 1041 Isabella St., has been charged with felony shoplifting after she stole an estimated $25 worth of merchandise from Sheetz at 45 Muncy Creek Blvd. in Muncy Creek Township on Jan. 22, state police alleged. This is at least her fourth shoplifting arrest, police said. Following her arraignment before Gardner, Harman was released on $15,000 bail.
