The driver of this Volkswagen Atlas, Gregory Brown, 46, of Williamsport, declined treatment for minor injuries he suffered when his vehicle struck a guidewire in the 1000 block of Market Street and overturned about 11 a.m. Tuesday, city police said. City firefighters also responded to the accident.
