Ralph Lewis Blodgett, 75, a resident at an assisted living facility in Loyalsock Township, has been arrested on misdemeanor charges of indecent assault and indecent exposure for having inappropriate contact with another resident at the facility earlier this month, state police alleged in an affidavit. Following his arraignment Sunday before Gardner, Blodgett was released on $50,000 bail.
