Michelle Lee Fulp, 46, of 408 River Ave.; Montoursville police on Interstate 180 in the city on Jan. 3; also charged with one summary offense.

James Ryan Colley, 40, of Trussville, Alabama; state police at West Fourth and Court streets on Dec. 31; also charged with two summary offenses.

Elijah Aaron Resto, 19, of 31 N. Main St., apartment 6, Muncy; state police in the 2000 block of Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on Dec. 23; also charged with two summary offenses.

Lucas Joseph McCracken, 23, of 11910 Rose Valley Road, Trout Run; state police following a single-vehicle crash on Route 87 and Cold Springs Road in Upper Fairfield Township on Dec. 20; also charged with one summary offense.

Makhi Jayvon Gross, 22, of 415 Hawthorne Ave.; state police at East Fourth and State streets in the city on Dec.6; also charged with four summary offenses.

Harley Hoffman, 20, of 525 High St.; city police following a crash in the 900 block of Park Avenue on Nov. 23.

June E. Hackenberg, 49, of Winfield; state police at routes 15 and 54 in Clinton Township on Nov. 21; also charged with two summary violations.

Emma Linh Bastian, 23, of 1399 Route 973 West, Cogan Station; state police in the 100 block of East Canal Street on Nov. 7; also charged with four summary offenses.

Veronica Sergott, 20, of Lebanon; city police at West Fourth Street and Rafferty Lane on Oct. 30, also charged with three summary offenses.

Sandy Kelvin Johnson Jr., 42, of 1630 Memorial Ave.; state police at West Third and Arch streets in the city on Sept. 19; also charged with two summary offenses.

Erik Thomas Wheeland, 23, of 91 O’dell Road, lot H2, Muncy; state police on Quaker State Road in Fairfield Township on Aug. 7; also charged with three summary offenses.

Dakota Ray Bowers, 28, of Mill Hall; city police in the 100 block of Little League Boulevard on June 21.

Gregory Allen Lowell, 33, of 912 Cherry St.; state police in the 900 block of Cherry Street in the city on March 28, 2025; also charged with one summary offense.

Richelle Autumn Floyd, 25, of 1008 Pearl Blvd., Montoursville; state police at Tenth and Memorial avenues in the city on Dec. 29, 2024; also charged with two summary violations.

Dyllyn Dakota Laird, 27, of 1980 Route 405, lot 16, Muncy; South Williamsport police following a hit-run crash in the 2200 block of Riverside Drive on July 24, 2024; also charged with five summary offenses, including accidents involving damage to unattended property; it’s alleged he fled the scene in his pickup truck, attempted to hide in a nearby parking lot and removed the vehicle’s license plate, police said.
