After a male acquaintance gave her permission to use his credit card for one single occasion, Patricia Michelle Falk used the man’s card at least 100 more times illegally which resulted in unauthorized withdrawals from an account the man shared with his sister, Muncy police alleged in an affidavit. Falk, 43, of 803 Diamond St., allegedly made the transactions between Aug. 25 and Sept. 17 using a cash app, according to the court document. Arraigned on Monday before Gardner on a charge of felony access device fraud and theft by deception, Falk was released on $15,000 bail.
