Twenty motorists have been charged with DUI, according to court records recently made public. Those charged were:

• Tammy D. Ringo, 61, of Mansfield; state police following a crash on Route 15 in Jackson Township on Feb. 28; also charged with two summary violations.

• Keyarah Garcia, 21, of Lock Haven; Lycoming Regional police in the 200 block of Thomas Street in Porter Township on Feb. 20.

• George John Frick, 32, of Lykens; state police at South Market Street and West Central Avenue in South Williamsport on Feb. 1; also charged with resisting arrest and two summary offenses.

• Robert Denard Prince, 39, of 637 Grace St.; state police in the 800 block of Louisa Street in the city on Jan. 23; also charged with eight summary offenses.

• Miranda Bardo, 45, of Lock Haven; Lycoming Regional police on Route 220 in Porter Township on Jan. 10; also charged with four summary offenses.

• Christopher Max Oettel, 47, 8376 Route 14, Trout Run; South Williamsport police following a crash in the 300 block of George Street on Dec. 30; also charged with one summary offense.

• Kori Gorham, 47, of Lock Haven; city police following a crash on Interstate 180 on Dec. 29; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Daniel Allen Debrody, 33, of 521 Arch St., apartment 3; state police at High and Oliver streets in the city on Dec. 21; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Thomas Edward Foltz Jr., 48, of 811 Hepburn St.; state police at High and Spruce streets in the city on Dec. 18; also charged with two summary offenses.

• Thanh Lam Lau, 36, of 469 Keller Loop; state police at Grampian Boulevard and Florence Street in the city on Dec. 14; also charged with one summary offense.

• Tyonta Daryl Reeves, 43, of 331 Lyons Ave.; state police at Campbell and Louisa streets in the city on Nov. 30; also charged with five summary offenses.

• Sierra Rizzo, 22, of 1215 Westminster Drive; state police on Interstate I80 at the Maynard Street interchange on Nov. 27; also charged with three summary violations.

• Brian Keith Duvall Jr., 27, of 2523 W. Fourth St.; state police at Washington Boulevard and Ward Street in the city on Nov. 27; also charged with five summary offenses.

• Nasha Wade, 29, 1551 Memorial Ave.; state police at West Fourth and Rose streets in the city on Nov. 26; also charged with five summary violations.

• Allison Ruth Stewart, 20, of 1817 Sholder Ave.; state police at High and Beeber streets in the city on Nov. 22; also changed with six summary offenses.

•Stanley D. Bracey Jr., 38, of 222 Chatham St.; state police in the 200 block of Penn Street in the city on Nov. 10; also charged with possession of marijuana and three summary offenses; this offense occurred shortly after Bracey was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the county prison plus a $1,000 fine following a state police DUI conviction stemming from an incident in Loyalsock Township in late May 2024.

• Ty Mathew Moyer. 626 Snyder Road, Cogan Station; state police at Via Bella and Hepburn Street in the city on Oct. 26; also charged with four summary offenses.

• Donavan S. Peterson, 58, of 514 Sixth Ave.; state police at West Fourth and Walnut streets in the city on Oct. 18; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Jade Allen Badger, 44, of 1518 Country Club Lane; state police at Campbell Street and Little League Boulevard in the city on Oct. 17; also charged with three summary offenses.

• Jennifer Renee Moore, 54, of 1157 Pleasant Valley Road, Cogan Station; city police at High Street and Wildwood Boulevard on Jan. 3, 2025; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and one summary offense.
