Five motorists have been charged with DUI and related offenses, according to court documents recently made public. Those charged were:

Eric Lewis Wood, 56, of Damascus, Md.; state police at Route 405 and Mohawk Drive in Wolf Township on Dec. 13, 2025; also charged with six summary offenses.

Sierra Marie Pietsch, 23, of 68 Spruce Road, Waterville; Lycoming Regional police in the 600 block of Railroad St., Jersey Shore on Feb. 7; also charged with two summary offenses.

Ty Chaney Nelson, 35, of Miles, Mont.; state police at Route 220 South and Hemlock Lanein Woodward Township on Feb. 7, 2026.

William Roy Ritter, 46, of Harrisburg; state police at East Fourth and State streets in the city on April 6, 2025; also charged with illegally operating a vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock, driving on a license suspended for third or subsequent DUI and five summary offenses.

Randy Lee Hill, 45, of 7253 PA-118, Unityville; state police in the 1800 block of Foust Hill Road in Penn Township on March 11; also charged with driving on a license suspended for third or subsequent DUI and three summary offenses.
