Kevin Michael Woodling, 39, of 3731 Lycoming Creek Road, lot T3, has been charged with felony endangering the welfare of a children for “failing to know where his two children, ages 3 and 8, were located during multiple incidents between Aug. 9 and March 25,” Lycoming Regional police alleged in a criminal complaint filed at Solomon’s office. He has since waived his preliminary hearing and is free on $15,000 bail.

The children’s mother, Linsey Mae Woodling, 31, of the same address, was charged earlier this month with the same felony offense, and she too has since waived her preliminary hearing and is free on bail.
